কিছু সিস্টেম আছে যেগুলোকে সাবজেক্ট বলা যায়, আবার সিস্টেম ও বলা যায়। ঠিক এরকম একটা সিস্টেমের নাম হচ্ছে hematology যেটা ফোর্থ ইয়ারে একটা সাবজেক্টের নাম বাট প্যাথোলজির পার্ট হিসেবে পড়ানো হয়।
USMLE তে প্রচুর প্রশ্ন আসে হিমাটোলজি থেকে। MRCP, PLAB, বাংলাদেশের FCPS, MD, এসব এক্সামেও অনেক প্রশ্ন আসে। আর ফোর্থ ইয়ারে তো হিমাটোলজি নিয়ে আলাদা টার্ম এক্সাম হত।
