ফার্স্ট প্রফের ভীতিকর সাবজেক্টের নাম আস্ক করলে এক বাক্যেই সবাই বলবে এনাটমির কথা। সৌভাগ্যের বিষয় হচ্ছে USMLE তে এনাটমি একটু কম লাগে অন্য সাব্জেক্টের তুলনায়। এর মধ্যে 3 টা এনাটমি সবচেয়ে বেশি লাগে যার একটা হচ্ছে Musculoskelteal Anatomy. এই সিস্টেমকে যেটাকে আমরা বলি MSK or Rheumatology. এই MSK সিস্টেমের এনাটমি থেকে প্রচুর প্রশ্ন আসে মেইন এক্সামে, সাথে MBBS, MD, FCPS, MRCP তে তো প্রশ্ন আসেই। Nerve Lesion, Joint Disease, Bones Disease, এসবের সাথে রিউম্যাটোলজিকাল ডিজিজগুলোর অসাধারন কনসেপ্ট আছে এই কোর্সে। সাথে MSK ফার্মা তো আছেই।
